5 things for a positive day

  1. Tell someone you love them.
  2. Show appreciation to someone, whether its a family member,stranger, a work colleague or friend. Positivity creates positivity.
  3. Have a hug! This releases a hormone in the body that makes you feel good.
  4. Eat good healthy nourishing foods and drink lots of water.
  5. Repeat 1-3 on yourself!!!!!!
