Losing a loved one is one of the toughest moments you can face.
Whether that is your partner, husband, wife, child, parent, sibling, animal or friend.
It is a journey we dread happening and when it does nothing prepares you for that pain and emptiness.
I wanted to do something to offer comfort to others that have or are in the throws of such a challenge.
I wrote and posted on insight timer, this meditation, on the 7th anniversary of the passing of my husband, Mike. He was beautiful man. We were relatively newly married, it was a tough journey.
I wrote and posted this meditation on the day of his 7th anniversary of passing, on a bench overlooking the ocean where I now live.
This for him, for me, & for you if you need it.
Please feel free to share if you think it may offer comfort to someone you know.
