How can we be in October timetable already!!! The concept of time is so different as the years go by and with all the last few years of uncertainty. What is certain though is that I am always here for you running soul gratifying classes so we can sense greater peace in our bodies, mind and soul.

9:30am Power Hour – integral practices using body weight, weights, bands for resistance or repetition to amp up your session
8:00am Pilates & Props
these may be bands, cushions, belts, hoops, blocks, chairs etc bring what you have.
7:00pm Move, unwind and relax
an integral session to move, strengthen and then unwind from the day with a relaxation sessional the end, bring your blankets, eye masks
Working through the repertoire and variations, optional use of props to help or challenge can be used
except to move in all directions, roll around, play twister!, be challenged, open ,close, arc and curl
10:45 Restore, Rejuvenate & Reset
this is the most gentle of all the session, whether you are tired, stressed, wanting to nurture, have an injury, or just love the balance. Please bring cushions, blankets, eye masks, this session can be very varied, with use of gentle movement, self massage, meditation and sometimes gongs or crystal bowls. leaving you relaxed and calm with ease of mind, body, soul.
Monthly pass or pay as you go.
The whole body, mind and soul will be moved through an asana practice, using bricks and yoga strap, breath awareness and savasana
Slower, gentle session, restoratives, breath awareness, meditation, move gently into asanas, use of props- bricks, yoga strap, and end in savasana.
