Join me for this fabulous course in how to make the most of your meditations and understand the reasoning of journaling. How and why and what wisdoms are within it and demystifying everything around it.
We will go into journaling, unpacking any myths and creating a sense of safety around journaling and self permissions and limitations.
You will Be given set meditations to try, and unpack them. No rights or wrong here, just understanding different perspectives to open new ways of thinking and evolving.

This is a self compassion meditation, using layers of loving mantra, the voice of the feminine and masculine parts of ourselves and the frequency of the heart crystal bowl.
