Lie, be still, immerse yourself in sound vibrations and frequencies, taking you on a journey into deep relaxation and altered state of consciousness.
Using Himalayan bowls, gongs, crystal bowls and percussive instruments.
This journey is totally unique to you how you experience it, and each soundbath will also be unique in itself.
Soundbaths can bring about immense changes on every level of being: physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual.
We will start this session with setting an intention and breath awareness meditation as we then settle into a respectful silence.
The sounds will then start to play, dancing in and around you as your analytical brain tries to make sense of the sounds , it finally gives in and the creative brain emerges.
Ending with Sunyata- the nonexistence of the elements of things and of the self, the liberating feeling that arises during meditation, the sense of freedom from ones thoughts and distractions. In this silence we let the healing work of the sounds be experienced.
Relax, be and surrender to the sounds in this sonic immersion.

Autumn is here and its definitely got a nip in the air!!!!
The desire for a hot chocolate and cream, curl up on the sofa and snuggle down with the husband and the dog is definitely calling!
The mornings seem harder to get up in the dark, but I do love the Yoga at 7am starting slow and easy to building up and seeing the sky lighten by the end and being ready to start the day feeling good in my body and my mind. So its totally worth it.

Working through the repertoire and variations, optional use of props to help or challenge can be used

10:45 Restore, Rejuvenate & Reset
this is the most gentle of all the session, whether you are tired, stressed, wanting to nurture, have an injury, or just love the balance. Please bring cushions, blankets, eye masks, this session can be very varied, with use of gentle movement, self massage, meditation and sometimes gongs or crystal bowls. leaving you relaxed and calm with ease of mind, body, soul.

Sound Baths help trigger the relaxation response helping us to return to our natural resonance and harmony creating positive wellbeing.
Sound can be our anchor to help us shift our focus away from the constant fluctuations of the mind, allow us to be present, absorbing the sounds, it is possible to release tensions, discomforts, release emotional pressure, gain clarity and insights, feel grounded, it can help with burn out and frustrations and help us find joy and calm.

What to expect on the weekend
Arrive as early as you like on the Friday and take in the scenery, the national trust land and the coast, maybe walk around the villages of Mortehoe or Woolacombe, explore the area and any one of the beautiful bays and beaches. grab a coffee and read a book. We will meet up in Miss Faes’ Cafe at 2 pm for coffee/tea and a slice of homemade cake, this weekend is indulging in pleasure and being free, so don’t feel guilty, enjoy!
Class times are approximate as we will adapt to tuning into life as we go, depending on the weather and where we hold the session. outdoors or indoors in the super cute village hall.
Classes are labelled as Movement, WS, Sound or Meditation.

After lunch of course you can chose to stay a little longer and walk off lunch before your drive, always a good idea, get some sea air, so don’t plan to rush.
You can book an extra night stay, but you will need to book this at the time of your booking. So let me know, this is a Beautiful option to have a chilled Sunday afternoon and an easy journey back on the Monday. Maybe even book a private studio or treatment session with myself before you go.
