There are a couple of rooms left, for this weekend of movement, education, embodiment and of course fun and relaxation. There is plenty of time scheduled in for you to relax, walk the stunning coast line, paddle in the sea, laze and read or even take a wonder around some of the shops in Woolacombe- one of my favourites is the local artist shop with some great unique finds from the lovely Jo Allum.

Food is taken care of by the wonderful Stacey, who can turn anything ordinary into an amazing feast of delight to the tastebuds, and cocktails and humour by Will. Both super gorgeous hosts who make sure our stay is comfortable and fun!

We have a special workshop this year hosted by my husband, a well being guru, ( this man is a library of information and has a talent to share in a way that makes you just want to keep learning from him) check him out on his website for more information) We are truly very lucky to have him present for us!

please note Friday and Saturday sessions are held the sweet village hall one minute walk from where we eat and sleep. Qi Gong, weather permitting is on the headland so we can have an amazing view and the breeze awakening us for this early morning cleansing and detoxifying sequence.
