Green “Summer Cool Breeze” Juice by SGPilates

For a delicious green, creamy and fresh juice you may want to try this one out.

I often just throw together what ingredients I have and mix the flavours of what I love and this little combo works a refreshing tasty treat!!!

this will serve 2

all ingredients are organic for a super healthy and tasty juice

you will need a juicer and a blender

2 apples (I tend to use Braeburn)

1 pear

2 big handfuls each of spinach and kale

1 parsnip

chunk of ginger

1 small carrot

couple of stems of broccoli

1 whole lime

juice all the above and then blend contents with

1 avocado

1 banana

pour into two wine glasses and top with chilli seeds for a tasty crunch, it really does work well.

Nutritional Breakfast

I thought I would share a quick and easy nutritional breakfast. Full of the good stuff and absolutely yummy why not it a try.

There are no measurements as I always just throw stuff together!

Cook oats on the stove with coconut milk.

Half a banana lengthways and fry in the saucepan with coconut oil and a tiny amount of brown sugar (optional)

Pour the cooked oats into a nice bowl, (to satisfy your visual senses only!! )

Add some pure maple syrup, sprinkling of chia seeds, goji berries and cinnamon

Top with the fried browned banana and enjoy!!!
