These sessions are all alignment and embodiment focused, meditative mindful movement allows you to find a deep connection, freeing up your mind and body of the bindings we create through habits, unhelpful thought patterning, bad dynamic posture patterns, so join me in freeing your patterns to find ease and strength.
9:30 Flow. this class will be all about moving fluidly, brining the best of Pilates, Yoga & Garuda and Franklin Method to find space, connection, strength and flow. Suitable for intermediate to advanced clients.
11:00 Calm a class for those who want time, a slower controlled pace with time to focus on alignment and connection, suitable for those with injuries, beginners, and those who like a slower pace for all levels,
7:00 Move & Chill an evening session to unwind from your day, move, strengthen and lengthen and free up tensions of the day plus a relaxation, savasana to prepare your wind down for the evening.

Seriously I cannot believe how the months are flying by, I guess with my online studio and privates plus the 200 and 300 hour Yoga training, and the 3 sound therapy courses, plus a renovation project, designing and organising the orders, I shouldn’t be surprised I have skipped time or maybe expanding time???!!!
I must admit I am loving doing it all but also will really appreciate taking some time off for summer. Talking of summer how amazing has the weather been, I already feel like its summer, loving this. Thank you thank you thank you !
Have you been crazy busy? Learning new skills? or enjoying taking it a bit slower? or maybe not enjoying taking it slower?
Excitingly there are 2 Bank Holidays, I am going to make a promise to myself to not do one bit of work, even answer an email! 😂 My husband would be amazed if that happened.

Spring and Easter is right here and I feel like how did that happen?
The sun has been kind and have enjoyed the odd break to feel a little of the sun rays on my face in-between my schedules. Restrictions are being lifted and people are starting to appear in the streets and beaches.
How do you feel about that?
Does it fill you with apprehension or joy?
Life has changed, people are choosing new ways to approach things and we are all still finding our feet.
I know lots of things have changed for me, and it is partly scary and partly exciting, as what will unfold.
I have no idea and I can only go with the flow and see what reveals itself, as they say one door has to shut for another to open, and whether that’s instant or slow and takes time I shall endeavour to know it will all be ok!
April term is all ready to go, with Pilates, Garuda, Franklin Method and Power Hour on the payment plan and Meditation and Yoga are available as pay as you go or a course, please enquire.
May is being worked on with hopefully some early morning Yoga slotted in to start your day the right way before work or a day entertains the children, grandchildren or yourselves.
May Coastal Retreat is FULLY BOOKED and hopefully will go ahead, 4 had to be cancelled over the last 12 months so I am excited for this to go ahead, to share time and space with beautiful people.

So everyone, lets keeping hoping and being positive that we can move forward, we can see loved ones again, we can a coffee time, dinner, and even cuddles in the near future.
It is getting lighter in the evenings, daffodils are starting to peek through the ground, and there is a feeling of new beginnings. Right now we are amongst confusion and an unknowingness that we have never experienced before, together. There are opportunities for all of us to grow. We have an opportunity to learn from everything that unfolds around us, however trivial to however traumatic. Can you resonate with that? Or do you get lost in the fear of it? I encourage you to look deeply, to ask questions to yourself, to be curious with life and at the same time be kind to you and go gently. It is a wonderful practice to see life this way, to step out of the drama of life, to find a little separation and space . And to remind ourselves of impermanence. Nothing stays the same, everything changes, however wonderful or however hard things may feel, things change, you will change, your body, all your cells, your thoughts, your perceptions. Don’t get stuck in the stories we tell ourselves, we always have a choice, how we react, how we see, feel, think. How does that concept make you feel? Explore your answer!
Yesterday I was part of a lovely online Yoga Retreat creating a wonderful relaxing sound bath journey. Such a lovely way to spend a Sunday on a cold chilly day. I know it is early, but we have been “winter styling” and turned our home into a nordic ski lodge!!! I cannot tell you how happy this has made me! it feels super cosy and I just feel so happy to stay in and snuggle down ready for Christmas.
We have sleds, reindeers, (not real ones obviously, although how lovely would that be!😍) fairy lights, 2 Christmas trees, vintage skis, skates and snow shoes!!! We really have gone to town, or chalet I should say! So instead of buying presents this is our gift to ourselves. This December is also our 5th wedding anniversary so being super cosy and creating a space that fills our eyes and hearts with things that create joy and memories felt so important this year.
How are your plans? Does it excite you or fill you with dread? I know I have had some like that some years that I have dreaded it, for sure. It will be a very different one this year for us all I am sure in many ways.

November Term, an enriched program of Mind, Body, Soul with its influences being about embodiment, feeling, sensing, awakening, somatic and interoception.
Interoception– defined as the internal state of the body. It encompasses the brain’s process of integrating signals relayed from the body allowing for nuanced representation of the physiological state of the body. Why is this important? For maintaining homeostatis in the body and potentially facilitating self awareness. Misrepresentations of internal states, disconnection, have been suggested to underlie anxiety and depression.
When you can experience your body, everything can fall into place from movement itself, clarity of thought, personal relationships, releasing tensions emotional and physical. This topic alone can send me off into a whole realm of topics and discussions hence why I am opening up the ABC to Wellbeing Program to help you create, experience and understand it in an embodied sense. This course will be so valuable and life changing and even enabling you to get even more joy, peace, ease and flow out of everyday life, work, relationships to self and others, including seeing more depth into our monthly programs. Anyway, back to November, 😊, the nights are drawing in, so being mindful of the season, and circadian rhythms the evening sessions will be gentle or strength based but with both you will be winding down early and having 15 minutes of relaxation/meditation to settle energies and the parasympathetic nervous system into a rested state, perfect to release the days stress and prepare the body and mind for goodnights sleep. Remember to follow this through with switching off gadgets well before bedtime, choosing your lights for your house to be soft and warm not harsh lights as this messes up the circadian rhythm , eat earlier in the evening, avoid stress provoking situations, news and TV will also help.
Thursday Barre is back! use a table, worktop, window ledge or even a wall. A whole body standing push, pull, arc and curl for the most beautiful sensory stretch session , In my opinion.😊
