Set in the beautiful village of Mortehoe in North Devon, amongst the best beaches and coastline protected by National Trust. Right on the South West Coast Path.
Your stay is in the lovely Smugglers Rest, which has undergone extensive renovations over the last 2 years offering gorgeous ensuite rooms and AMAZING food in their own bistro.
Sessions are held 1 minute walk away in the sweet village hall next to the church and coast.
Sessions include Yoga Flow, Yoga Chill, Pilates, Garuda, a workshop, meditation, soundbath and gong bath
There are options to add on private studio sessions, duo studio sessions, massage, sound therapy, surf lessons, paddle board hire or just swim and play, read, walk in your spare time.
The Retreat is designed to optimise your stay so 3 days feels like you have had a long break away from the normality of life.
Advising you to arrive early Friday to walk, lunch out, sit on the beach and read, or book in your private sessions and then the group will meet and start at 2pm for coffee, tea and cake followed by your first movement session at 4pm followed by a SoundBath to take you into deep relaxation.

I thoroughly recommend you book an extra night Sunday (this can be arranged on booking, if they are not booked out already so please check in asap)
Sunday lunch is usually around 2/2:30 it seems a shame to rush off, so staying an extra night gives you time to digest, go for a walk, and continue the wellbeing experience and that gift of time to yourself. A nice breakfast Monday, a final walk on the beach or a one to one session before you head off home leisurely. It makes sense, right?
