I throughly recommend

I thoroughly recommend you book an extra night Sunday (this can be arranged on booking, if they are not booked out already so please check in asap)

Sunday lunch is usually around 2/2:30 it seems a shame to rush off, so staying an extra night gives you time to digest, go for a walk, and continue the wellbeing experience and that gift of time to yourself. A nice breakfast Monday, a final walk on the beach or a one to one session before you head off home leisurely. It makes sense, right?

you deserve it!

I look forward to sharing a retreat with you, if not this one maybe another. Retreats gift us time to replenish, feed our soul, learn something new about ourselves and build bondings with like minded souls

lots of love
