What is Barre?

SG Pilates Barre class is a dynamic all over workout with emphasis on the booty and legs. The Ballet Barre is used as a prop for intense work for toning legs and butt like no other workout, mixed with Pilates for alignment and precision and traditional toning workout.

Sue will use small equipment such as resistance bands, balls, weights and gliders to add intensity. With mostly standing abdominal work but also with work on the mat.

You will tone and sculpt the entire body, raise your heart rate in the cardio phase, which is all low impact and options are given throughout to suit your level. There is always a section to mobilise the spine and joints, and a stretch phase.
