What is Barre?
SG Pilates Barre class is a contemporary dynamic all over workout.
Rhythm and flow are paramount in this wholesome experience of movement. Releasing, lengthening, stretching and strengthening that feels amazing. Balance and strength work side by side to create a sense of length and flow. Pushing and pulling, and using the entire body throughout.
